Most Copilot rollouts fail at the same point: the licence is bought, the announcement is made, and three months later usage data shows that fewer than 30% of licensed users adopt Copilot meaningfully. The licence delivers the tool. Only structured enablement delivers the capability. This programme is engineered for that outcome — delivered as two distinct courses: an Awareness & Foundation course (1 day) where the whole organisation builds shared Copilot literacy, and a Practice & Scenario Applied course (1 shared day plus five half-day department deep-dives) where staff work with their own data and processes. A manager coaching track turns the pilot into systemic capability. The design is bilingual EN/VI, hybrid-delivery, capped at 30 participants per session, and uniformly anchored to Microsoft Copilot only — no third-party AI tools touch your organisation's data during the programme.

The two-course architecture — Awareness first, Practice second
The programme is delivered as two distinct courses — Course 1 (Awareness & Foundation) followed by Course 2 (Practice & Scenario Applied). Participants are placed into each course based on a pre-training survey that captures their current AI literacy, daily Microsoft 365 usage, and licence type. The two courses are not optional alternatives; they are sequenced. A participant can only enrol in Course 2 after completing Course 1. Total delivery: 1 day for Course 1 + 1 shared day + 5 × 0.5 day per department for Course 2 = 4.5 days total.
Chương trình được triển khai dưới dạng hai khoá đào tạo riêng biệt — Khoá 1 (Awareness & Foundation) trước, sau đó là Khoá 2 (Practice & Scenario Applied). Học viên được phân vào từng khoá dựa trên một khảo sát trước đào tạo nắm bắt trình độ AI hiện tại, mức độ sử dụng Microsoft 365 hằng ngày và loại license. The two licence types — get this right before you train
A common — and expensive — mistake: enrolling staff in advanced Copilot Studio training when they only have Copilot Business licences. The two licence tiers are not interchangeable. The pre-training survey captures each user's licence so the programme delivers what their licence can actually do — and avoids training capabilities that won't activate in their environment.

Two levels, 4.5 days total — the full timetable
Track A is delivered as two sequential levels. Level 1 — Course 1: Awareness & Foundation is a single full day common to every participant. Level 2 — Course 2: Practice & Scenarios Applied is one shared full day plus a 0.5-day deep-dive per department (5 departments planned), for roughly 4.5 days in total. The hour-by-hour timetables below follow the standard course agenda — adjustable to your organisation's working hours.

After the shared Day 1, each department runs its own half-day on its own data — for example Department #1 (HR) in the morning and Department #2 (Finance) in the afternoon. Each follows the same brainstorm-then-case-study rhythm.

Course 2's five department deep-dives
Course 2's per-department phase runs five half-day sessions — one for each of the five business-facing departments below. Each session is anchored around a small set of Copilot use cases that match how that department actually works inside your organisation. The use cases below are starting points; the final agenda for each department's session is shaped by the case studies participants bring on the day. IT staff participate in Course 1 alongside everyone else, and act as technical collaborators for Course 2 setup — IT can be added as an optional sixth department if your organisation wants a dedicated IT deep-dive, at additional 0.5 day.

Five rules that shape every session
The training methodology — five non-negotiables
Pre-training survey segments every participant
Before any session, every participant completes a short survey capturing AI literacy level, daily M365 usage patterns, and licence type (Copilot Business vs M365 Copilot). Outputs: each user is grouped into Course 1 or Course 2, and licence-specific limitations are flagged for the trainer.

Theory and trainer-led case sharing is capped at 30% of session time. The remaining 70% is hands-on — case studies designed by Microsoft and case studies brought by your organisation participants themselves. No participant leaves a session without having tried Copilot on their own work.

Hybrid delivery, Saturday cadence, max 30 per session
Sessions run on Saturdays in a hybrid format — in-person facilitator with optional remote participation. Maximum 30 participants per session protects the practice ratio: too many and the trainer cannot reach every participant during the 70% hands-on portion.

All materials and slides are bilingual. Facilitation is in Vietnamese with English technical terminology preserved verbatim — so participants build the vocabulary needed to read Microsoft documentation, talk to vendors, and continue learning after the programme ends.
Mọi tài liệu và slide đều song ngữ. Giảng dạy bằng tiếng Việt với thuật ngữ kỹ thuật tiếng Anh được giữ nguyên — để học viên xây dựng vốn từ vựng cần thiết để đọc tài liệu Microsoft, làm việc với nhà cung cấp và tiếp tục tự học sau khi chương trình kết thúc.
Staff training builds capability in individuals. Manager Coaching builds capability in the organisation. Without managers who know how to evaluate Copilot proposals, set realistic KPIs, govern what gets built, and protect the team from "shadow AI" pressure, individual training plateaus within three months. The five prerequisites before coaching begins
Manager Coaching is not delivered "cold." Before kick-off, five prerequisites must be in place. Some your organisation already has; some require ERX or Microsoft Partner support to establish. The first prerequisite is the most important: the AI Readiness and Security Assessments — described in our companion proposal — should be completed first, so that coaching is grounded in evidence about your organisation's actual environment, not assumptions.

Coaching engagement format
Manager Coaching follows a three-step rhythm. Each project your organisation launches under the AI programme is run through this cadence. Pricing is project-specific and is quoted only after Track A staff training and the AI / Security Assessments have been completed — so the quote is grounded in the actual environment, not a generic estimate.

AI does not equalise skill — it amplifies it. Strong analysts get faster; weak analysts get faster at producing wrong answers. Two readiness checks — one about people, one about data infrastructure — are non-negotiable preconditions before any "AI for data" investment is made.

AI accelerates the work of someone with foundational knowledge. It accelerates the mistakes of someone without.
The temptation is to treat AI as a substitute for analytical training: "Copilot can write the formula, so we no longer need formula literacy." This is the trap. AI generates plausible-looking formulas, queries, and charts — and a person without the foundation cannot tell the right ones from the wrong ones. The output ships. The error compounds. Headcount cost is replaced by reputation cost.
